Traditional Romantic Serra Plaza Wedding
Naomi and Noah shared their first look at Mission San Juan Capistrano, posed for photos with family at Serra Plaza, then lined up for their ceremony. Guests entered the Serra Plaza Courtyard, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. White flowers and greenery decorated the back of the aisle and the Spanish fountain backdrop, and sparkling chandeliers hung above. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their walk down the aisle ending with Naomi. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom were serenaded, shared vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed around the Lounge to hungry guests for cocktail hour. Outside on the Hidden Terrace stood two ruffle umbrellas and a modern ivory-colored sofa placed in between for extra seating. Guests mixed and mingled while Noah and Naomi posed for photos together as husband and wife. At the end of cocktail hour everyone was invited back to the Courtyard for the reception.
Tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces, frosted table numbers, printed menus, and white candles. Naomi and Noah made their grand entrance and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Roasted Golden Beet Salad was served followed by Zucchini Lime Chicken and Cabernet Braised Short Ribs with Grilled Asparagus and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner Noah and Naomi cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a slice for dessert. The evening ended with lots of well wishes shared and photos taken to commemorate the special day.
