Untamed Garden Taste of Jay’s at Grand Gimeno

Pattern, texture, and color brought our most recent Taste of Jay’s to life at Grand Gimeno. Pops of chartreuse, plum, mauve, and olive green mixed with wildflower floral arrangements, artichokes, and pomegranates decorating the venue inside and out. Specialty lounges, custom signage, luxury linens, and velvet draping made every vignette picture perfect. Guests enjoyed an indulgent sampling of some of our most popular menu items including our Asado Station with Prime Skirt Steak, Pizza Station with Neapolitan, Sweet & Salty Pancetta, and Spicy Diavola Pizzas, Jay’s Famous Palm Sandwiches, Short Ribs, Chicken Scallopini, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Kouign Amann, and more! Guests were serenaded with live musicians throughout the venue, posed for photos at a photo booth, and even got to shuck oysters to retrieve fresh pearls at the Orange County Pearls station.
