Wedding Catering Tasting at The Rose Center

The Rose Center was sparkling in sequin gold table linens for our most recent Taste of Jay’s. Making a statement in the center of the room was the sweetheart table dripping in gold touches and glowing with candle votives. Pink and peachy flowers mixed with greenery framed the table and hedges acted as a backdrop and were up lit in a purple glow. Our Tri Tip Carvery Station was at one end of the ballroom and the opposite end housed our large dessert display with an assortment of French Macarons, cookies, cupcakes, and more tasty treats. Our Slider Station and Poke Station were also inside where guests were able to build poke bowls and customize the slider of their choice with our many toppings and protein options. The outdoor courtyard housed our Chicken Station, Taco Station, Craft Cocktail Bar, Pasta Station, Flatbread and Melt Station, and French Fry Station. VOX DJs provided music throughout the evening that tied the atmosphere together.
