Whimsical Pastel Wedding at Spanish Revival Wedding Venue in Orange, California

Bryan and his groomsmen suited up in the Grand Gimeno Parlor while Kaity and her bridesmaids slipped into their dresses in the Powder Room, and when both groups were ready, the bride and groom met in the outdoor courtyard. A tap on the shoulder turned Bryan around to see his beautiful bride standing before him dressed in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress. Smiles filled both their faces and private vows were shared. Their wedding party joined them for some group photos, then everyone headed inside to line up for the wedding ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Kaity and Bryan’s guest book, then took a seat. Colorful magenta, lime green, and peach floral arrangements lined the aisle and decorated the floor where the bride and groom would soon be standing. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their friends and family, Bryan and Kaity recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Neapolitan and Alfredo Bianca Wood-Fired Pizzas were cut and served fresh from the oven while Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed around the Olive Grove. Guests sipped on Skinny Margarita and Joe Collins signature drinks while they mixed and mingled until it was time to head inside for the reception.

Inside, tables were topped with woven seagrass chargers, pastel pink and blue plates, and colorful floral centerpieces. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Roasted Golden Beet Salad was served while toasts were shared followed by Honey Ginger Salmon and Vietnamese Short Ribs with Gochujang Brussels Sprouts and Wasabi Mashed Potatoes. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner, the bride and groom cut into their personal wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Kouign Amann Station. The evening ended with lots of dancing and photos taken in the photo booth for keepsakes.
