White, Champagne, and Black Wedding at Hangar 21 South

Rizsa and her bridesmaids arrived in style to Hangar 21 South. Dressed in matching robes and heart sunglasses, the crew got ready and changed into their dresses. Meanwhile, Eric and the groomsmen added the finishing touches to their looks outside. Once both groups were ready, Rizsa and Eric met inside the hangar for their first look while the bridal party watched. With a tap of the shoulder, Eric turned around to see his stunning bride. Happy tears were shed, and personalized vows were shared. The bride and groom soaked in every last moment, then they were joined by their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group pictures. The groomsmen were dressed in black and the bridesmaids wore champagne-colored dresses. The group served looks around the venue, then lined up for the ceremony.

Guests arrived and found their seats facing two tall floral installations placed at the head of the aisle. Once everyone had been accounted for, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. Sweet smiles filled Eric and Rizsa’s faces as their eyes met across the room. Once together, the two recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss. Everyone cheered as the newlyweds exited the ceremony into cocktail hour.

Beer, wine, mixed drinks, and the bride and groom’s signature cocktails, an Old Fashioned and Cosmo were served while Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed around the tarmac. Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts, a Vegetable Tray, and Bar Bar were additional stationary hors d’oeuvres for guests to enjoy before dinner. While everyone was mingling and snacking, Eric and Rizsa headed to the tarmac for golden hour photos with their photographer. Luxury cars and helicopters made special appearances in some of their photos, but nothing shined brighter than their love! As the sun set, everyone made their way inside the hangar for reception.

Tables were draped in white linen and topped with bud vases filled with white flowers. Tea lights and black napkins completed the table setup. Once everyone found their assigned tables and took their seat, the bride and groom made their grand entrance and shared their first dance. Next, friends and family made speeches as dinner was served. First, Pear and Walnut Salad, then a dual entrée of Chicken Veronique and Short Rib Rotolo Bolzano with Haricot Verts and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Sierra. Glasses clinked in the air as each toast ended, then the newlywed’s thanked everyone for coming and invited their guests to indulge in dessert. The couple poured champagne and shared Cookies and Milk Shorts, then hit the dance floor. The evening ended with everyone showing off their best moves in many dance battles and taking hundreds of photos together in the photo booth.
