White Floral Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Bridgette and Albert stepped out from the Powder Room and Parlor and into Grand Gimeno’s Courtyard for their first look on the morning of their wedding day. A tap on the shoulder turned Albert around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress. Smiles immediately filled their faces and sweet compliments were exchanged. The bride and groom took their time alone to read personalized, handwritten vows to one another, and the happy tears started flowing. After the intimate moment, the couple posed for a few photos together and with family, then lined up for the ceremony.

Guests signed Bridgette and Albert’s guest book and took a seat in the Olive Grove where a mariachi band serenaded them. White floral arrangements lined the aisle and decorated the space where the bride and groom would soon be standing under the olive trees. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Albert and Bridgette recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Guests lined up for Wood-Fired Pesto and Meat Lovers Pizzas as soon as they were excused for cocktail hour. Tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Mini Ahi Tacos made their rounds and the bar served up Tequila Soda and Espresso Martini signature drinks. Guests mixed and mingled while the newlyweds posed for photos together as husband and wife for photos, then everyone headed inside for the reception.

Tables topped with candles and white floral centerpieces surrounded a black and white checkered dance floor. Bridgette and Albert made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Our Ultimate Caesar Salad was served while toasts were shared, then Classic Filet Mignon and Zucchini Lime Chicken with Roasted Broccolini and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes followed. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner the couple cut into our two-tiered Carrot and Red Velvet Cake and invited their guests to indulge in our All American Dessert Station with a collection of S’more Macarons, Gourmet Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Strawberry Shortcakes, and Chocolate Chip Cookies. After dinner and dessert, everyone made their way to the dance floor. The bouquet and garter tosses led the way into dancing. As a nice surprise for the guests, everyone was treated to our Late Night Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas before saying their goodbyes and sharing their well wishes with Albert and Bridgette.
