Wildflower Wedding with Guest DJ Gareth Emery at Grand Gimeno

Christina slipped into her wedding dress while Steven suited up at Grand Gimeno for the big day. Once the couple was ready, they headed out to the Olive Grove for their first look. On the count of three, Steven turned around, and to his surprise, did not see his bride standing before him. One of his friends was standing there in a koala suit as a joke to ease the nerves. Everyone shared in the laugh, then Steven reset for his actual first look with Christina. A touch of the shoulder turned him around, and he finally saw his bride. Sweet compliments and smiles were exchanged, then the two were joined by their wedding party for group pictures. As soon as guests began arriving, the bride and groom and their bridesmaids and groomsmen lined up for ceremony.

Wildflower arrangements lined the aisle and matching floral pillars marked the ceremony space. Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed a wooden heart, then took a seat. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of their closest friends and family, Steven and Christina read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Paloma and Espresso Martini signature drinks kicked off cocktail hour and the pizza oven was turning out Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Meat Lovers Pizzas. Along with drinks and pizza, tray passed Fried Chicken and Waffle Bites, Mini Ahi Tacos, and Grilled Baby Lamb Chops made their rounds. The bride and groom posed for group pictures while everyone else mixed and mingled, then it was time to head inside for dinner.

Tables were topped with candlesticks and tall floral arrangements. The newlyweds took a seat at their sweetheart table while guests found their assigned seats. Toasts were shared while the first course of Grilled Panzanella Salad was served. Next, Niman Ranch Braised Short Ribs and Miso Glazed Alaskan Halibut with Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Pasta made their rounds for the main entrée. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. After dinner, guests were invited to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Curd Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots and head to dance floor. After working up an appetite from all the dancing, the bride and groom surprised their guests with In n Out as a late night snack. Burgers and fries were devoured just in time for one final surprise to end the night. Christina and Steven unveiled a stage and grabbed the mic to announce a guest performer. The crowd went wild when the couple welcomed Gareth Emery to the stage! Glow sticks waved in the air and the set began. The crowd went wild until the very last song, dancing and singing along with Christina and Steven. The evening ended with a few photos with Gareth Emery and well wishes for the newlyweds.
