Winter White Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Audrey and Andrew met outside in Grand Gimeno’s Courtyard for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Andrew around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a white gown and lace trim veil. Smiles immediately filled both their faces and sweet words were exchanged before their bridesmaids and groomsmen joined them for group pictures. The groomsmen were suited up in black and the bridesmaids wore an array of colors. With plenty of fun memories captured and guests beginning to arrive, the wedding party lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. White pillars topped with flowers marked the head of the aisle and matching arrangements decorated the back. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Audrey. In front of all their closest friends and family, Audrey and Andrew read their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

The pizza oven became a cocktail hour hot spot turning out Neapolitan and Sweet & Salty Pancetta Wood-Fired Pizzas for hungry guests while Crab Cakes and Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts were tray passed. Meanwhile, the bar was shaking and stirring Aperol Spritz and Cadillac Margarita signature drinks. Everyone mixed, mingled, and posed for pictures with the bride and groom, and when the sun began to set, they headed inside for reception.

Tables were topped with white floral centerpieces, candles, and printed menus. Andrew and Audrey made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their head table. Grilled Panzanella Salad was served while guests stood to share toasts. Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs and Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon with Roasted Broccolini and Wasabi Mashed Potatoes followed. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their 2-tiered white wedding cake with cappuccino creme filling and invited their guests to indulge in a slice. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and sharing their well wishes with Andrew and Audrey.
