The Christ Cathedral

Garden Grove, California

Standing tall and looking out over Orange County is The Christ Cathedral. In the local community, it is also known as The Crystal Cathedral because of its magnificent windows and crystal-like beauty. This glass building was designed by American architect Philip Johnson and was completed in 1981.

The stunning cathedral is a one of a kind location to have a wedding. With a ceiling made entirely of glass, the space allows ceremonies to be conducted with a beautiful, clear view of the sky. A towering organ sits at the front of the cathedral making it even more awe-inspiring. The cathedral is spacious and able accommodate very large weddings up to 2,736 people seated. The space alone will take your breath away and ensure that your wedding guests will have a memorable experience.

On-site there is plenty of parking and maps available online to easily navigate the campus. Aside from the Christ Cathedral, there are many other spectacular, eye-catching buildings, including the Crean Tower and the Tower of Hope.

If you want to visit this location to see it with your own eyes, tours of the campus are held Monday through Saturday. The Christ Cathedral hosts many events throughout the year, so if this is your dream location, make sure you save your date far ahead of time.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
