Chef Roberto is a 30-year Jay’s Catering veteran and is an integral part of the day-to-day production in our kitchen. His expertise lies in his ability to successfully run a big kitchen for large events. As Executive Chef, Roberto oversees every dish that leaves our kitchen to ensure food safety, quality, and consistency of the original recipes that led to Jay’s success.
